Refund Eligibility
7-Day Return Window
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The return period starts from the date you receive your mousepad. After your return is accepted, we will process your refund within a 7-day time frame.
Product Condition
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase
You must provide your order ID or receipt as proof of purchase when requesting a refund.
How to Request a Refund

Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return shipping instructions if approved.

Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label or instructions.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. After your return is accepted, we will process your refund within a 7-day time frame.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, UPI, etc.). The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.

You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized mousepads cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Hydrophobic Nano-Shield Coating Wear
With regular use and cleaning, the nano-shield hydrophobic coating may gradually diminish, reducing its water-repellent properties. This is expected behavior and is considered normal wear and tear. Replacements or refunds are not offered for this condition.
Color or Design Fading
Over extended use, minor fading of the surface color or printed design may occur. This is a natural result of normal wear and tear and does not qualify for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges and replacements. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
