At GlideX, we understand that getting your new gaming mousepad quickly and safely is important to you. We ship orders within 1-2 days and you can expect delivery in the next 4-5 business days across India.
All orders are carefully packaged and tracked from our warehouse to your door with Shiprocket order tracking.
Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Order Verification
All orders go through a verification process to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. This may occasionally cause slight delays for first-time customers.
Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship to all destinations and states in India. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days and delivered in 4-5 business days.
International Shipping
For international delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Restricted Areas
Some remote areas may have extended delivery times. We cannot ship to PO Boxes for express shipping.
Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with Shiprocket order tracking URL. You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking link.
Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at a local facility for pickup or returned to us.
Safe Delivery
For standard shipping, packages may be left at your door if it's deemed safe. Express shipments require a signature for security.

All packages are carefully packed inside bubble wrap or hexcomb wrap to ensure your mousepad arrives in perfect condition.
Leather/Rexine Carry Case
We provide Leather/Rexine carry on case for mousepads to carry them with you including your mouse, keyboard, and laptops.
Quality Assurance
Each order is inspected before packaging to ensure you receive a perfect product. Any damage to the carry case later by using is not our issue/fault.
